Background Information • The UNEP-DHI Eco Challenge uses an online strategic game “Aqua Republica”, to help raise awareness of the importance and challenges of managing limited natural resources in the face of multiple and often competing demands in the drive towards a sustainable development.

  3. Rules and Regulations • Each team must be made up of 3 players with 1 teacher. (The teacher need not be involved in playing the game but must be available to guide the team during the competition) • Team members must be between 14-16 yrs old • Each participant can only be a member of ONE team • Each Team will need to come up with a TEAM NAME

  4. Registration Process • Registration, to be submitted by Your teacher, has to be doneonlineby 15 May 2013 Start Forming Teams of up to 3 members & Start Registering by end of this week, 19 Apr 2013

  5. Competition Dates & Prizes • The competition will be held from 27 – 29 May 2013 • Cash PrizesFirst prize: S$ 500Second prize: S$ 300Third Prize: S$ 150
