3. countervailing • acting against something so as to cancel its effect; counteractive {adj.} The countervailing forces at each side did not allow the bookshelf to be moved.
4. evaluate • to judge or determine the value of {verb} The art critic closely evaluated the painting.
5. evince • to show or demonstrate clearly {verb} The flyer says “Evince your presence” which in other words is show your presence.
6. invaluable • priceless; having a value to great to be measured {adj.} “Your help has been invaluable to us”, said the charity’s founder to the donor.
7. prevail • to be greater in strength; to triumph {verb} These underweardiapers prevail over any other brand!
