The Center QLW was created in 1998 at the University of Sao Paulo, inspired by the application of research developed in dissertations, thesis and academic forums and community, with the innovative spirit of preserving the personal, collective and environmental. TheConcept: Management of the life quality in working is the pursuit of dynamic balance and harmony between human needs, biological, psychological, social and organizational principles of the work ergonomically correct and sustainable. Increasing the cooperative spirit and identity with citizenship and sustainable growth. Research Methodology: Conceptual and technological research of qualitative and/or quantitative nature from: a) biopsychosocial and organizational indicators BPSO (Limongi, 1996), b) comparisons between management effort and satisfaction of employees or customers, c) constructs integration related to specific universe: commitment, sustainability, spirituality, values, hospital management, food safety, etc., d) focus on answers about human welfare, protection and development from the contractual relationship in different occupational segments. InstitutionalHolders: The Study and Research Center for the Management of Working Life Quality - NEP_ G-QVT has worked in two main segments: the first by university research in the context of FEA/USP, with monthly meetings of the Study Networks, in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate classes on the theme, guidelines and stalls in the academic and international meetings. The second segment is based on Institutional Management Institute Foundation - FIA_PROGEP with training activities, oriented technology research and consulting in public and private companies with guidance for people in the areas of skills, corporate governance, organizational learning, sustainability, safety, health and quality of life, among others.
