  3. Revisiting • Five minutes • Reread previously read SOAR TO SUCCESS books. • Select a SOAR TO SUCCESS book and reread it practicing the four reading strategies we will learn today. OR • Group conferences • Have a discussion concerning the books we are reading independently.

  4. Reviewing • Students discuss the four Reciprocal Teaching Reading Strategies that we will be learning today and/or we will summarize what we read the previous day.

  5. Responding/Reflecting • During this block you will either • Talk and write about how they are using the strategies. • Write and discuss something they have just read.
