POSITIVE QUALITIES • Professionally Patient, calm and smooth at his work and towards the crew around him • Being the senior most, he is always good at managing the whole HVET unit. • Effective decision making skills. • He never give up hope in any situation. • Always Work in Team and boost Team Spirit in other. • Giving credit for an achievement you've accomplished the assignment. • Incident: • Managing the entire HVET unit with his cool and calm way in all activities. • Helping in inserting canopy at crpsqr, When no one was there.

  4. NEGATIVE QUALITIES • Grabs opportunity to take credit in front of others. Wants to have attention of others. • Some rules are broken by himself • Always trying to stay in safezone.

  5. Why I want to be ? • As every people has some negative qualities but he has a lot of professionalism qualities like how to manage people, situation and work. • He always says it to us that let the thing come to you I will be just behind you to support and guide you.
