Remember: these are also called coordinating conjunctions. Write three sentences using at least three of FANBOYS correctly. Challenge yourself to use different FANBOYS than you used yesterday.

  2. English II – 9/16/14 Objectives: Select correct FANBOYS; read and comprehend text BELL RINGER: Copy each sentence and then select a FANBOYS word to complete each sentence. He studied, ____ then he ate takeout Thai food. I am seeing my best friend this weekend, ____ first I have to make it through the week. We are going to the store, _____ we need new fall clothes. English II – 9/18/14 Objectives: Write complex sentences; collaborate to comprehend a text BELL RINGER: Copy the beginning of each sentence, and then complete the sentence after the FANBOYS word.
