The Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) is a place, a process, and a way of working. The ASE brings key business stakeholders together to work on their business strategy, technology architecture and key business improvement initiatives. This allows clients to: • Unleash the full potential and creativity of their staff, their leadership team, key suppliers, customers, and subject matter specialists all at once. • Accelerate all phases of their system development projects reducing months to weeks and weeks to days. • Identify substantial cost savings in their supply chain, develop a detailed action plan to realise the benefits, and then commit to each other to proceed forward. At the ASE, we combine facilitation, a unique methodology to accelerate decision- making, knowledge and an innovative workspace to help organisations to make better, faster business decisions collaboratively. An ASE integrates the creative learning environment with rigorously designed group and individual exercises. The group explores, co-designs, assesses, tests and makes decisions together. By doing so, planning, action, design and decision-making are fused together. Knowledge Workers are an integral part of the team that deliver ASE event. Knowledge Workers are independent contractors who support events by filling the event roles (below), facilitating the work of the clients and their Krew-mates, producing usable/value-adding materials to help the client recall and summarize their work. Knowledge Workers by trade can be facilitators, mentors, teachers, learners, innovators, designers, artists, writers, musicians, filmmakers, spatial architects, website builders, and much more. In the ASE they can be all of these things. Specific event roles include: • Management of the ASE Environment • Process Facilitation • Event/Module Design • Exercise/Assignment Writing • Graphic Facilitation • Production of Web/PPT Output • Preparation/Presentation of Event Knowledge • Acoustic facilitation
