  2. Definition Association of a non-human object with a human characteristic. It is a way of giving depth to a description by brining in all the lyrical baggage of a term we normally associate with a person. It is a non-human object that talks like a human and acts like a human.

  3. Example The radio was singing songs. The moon ate the sun, and it started to shine. The flower started to cry when it saw a hurricane coming. The wind and the tree dancing together. The bag frowned when a heavy book was coming in.
