In the letter you must try to convince your pen pal to visit Louisiana. • Before you begin to write, think about places to visit in Louisiana, things to do, and food to eat. • Now write at least two persuasive paragraphs persuading your pen pal to visit Louisiana. • Your composition should have at least two paragraphs. • Give details and enough information to convince your pen pal to visit Louisiana. • Be sure to write clearly. • Check your writing for correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar. • Be sure to include all parts of a friendly letter. • Use a variety of descriptive words in your writing.
