  2. FTS永豐棧有限公司 SilnetTools Innovative Design Vibration is one of the most difficult problems to deal with in the machining field. It causes noise and rough surfaces up to 100 μm tolerances. Resonance happens when the tool holder is longer than 5 times the diameter. So how to keep the strength and rigidness of the holder with out creating more vibration is the point. A solid carbide holder or heavy metal holder can solve part of the problem, but they are too heavy and expensive. Thanks to new material technology; we have a brand new concept for the innovative anti-vibration tool holder.
