Vía Web a través del portal de Capital Humano, al correo: juegosdeportivosgente@urbe.edu Congresillo Técnico: Todo equipo deberá nombrar un delegado que lo represente, el cual será el encargado de inscribir a su equipo y éste debe asistir obligatoriamente el día que se realizará el Congresillo Técnico.: jueves 21/11 del 2013, Hora: 5:20 pm.
