Transportation • Particularly important for short time visitors • What is the status of • Bikes • E-Bikes • E-Cars • Cars • On-site transportation compatible with working schedules (24/7), esp. shift work
Laundry • On-site laundry should be available to everyone on site – mostly empty, the only place with cash dispensers on-site • Remove lock • Short time – give keys to who needs them • Cloth lines still (>1y issue) missing the lines • I could wire them, if I get reimbursed for the wires
Groceries on site • Could some place carry a standard groceries (to be specified)? Fridge needed. • Perhaps the Coffee stand in Blgd. 400? Refrigerated vending machines already present, open 7am-7pm on work days • Lunch hall at Berkner Hall – open for limited time, but also during weekends, fridge already there
Vegetarian Food • Increase choices of vegetarian food in Berkener Hall. • Add vegan choice also.
“Free food” on Fri at BNL center • Is the food free or does one need to buy something? • It is advertised as free in both BNL Bulletin and posters
Family friendly policies • Children are not accepted to the Child care center for short term visitors • Spousal hiring program missing
