Operational Performance Project • Objective: • Improvement of Embraer 170/190 fleet and customer operational performance • Organization: • Creation of senior teams in different areas to address Embraer 170/190 operational issues • Assignment of dedicated in-house customer focal points at Embraer to address each Customer’s needs (ECAMs) • Embraer high level management deep involvement

Operational Performance Project • Expected Short Term Results: • Increase of Embraer 170/190 dispatch reliability • Improve lead times for product correction (solution / implementation) • Guarantee effective (basic and peculiarities) training for customer operational personnel • Assure spare parts availability (Embraer / Supplier) for the Embraer 170/190 operation without interruptions • Closer and accurate communication between Embraer and Customer in all organization levels • Focus on each operator with solutions and actions tailored to its particular needs

Conclusion EMBRAER acknowledges that the Embraer 170/175 are performing below expectations. However: • WW Fleet Schedule Reliability has been improving continuously. • Completion Rate is already high, on par with industry standards. • The solutions already provided have been effective, quick and with reduced impact to airline’s operation. • Solution packages already being developed by EMBRAER will be available in the coming months, increasing Schedule Reliability to required levels. • Spare Parts availability issues are identified and being corrected.
