Visible cultural artifact – Mission Statement • “foster[ing] student success by helping students articulate and achieve their academic and personal goals.” • Behavioral Norms/Rituals - one-on-one meetings and group staff meetings • Ceremonies - luncheons, graduations, other organizational milestones.
