Now That You are Hired • You will receive the new hire paperwork link by email or you can visit: (http://employment.edgewood.edu/studentpaperwork.htm) • Complete, print and sign ALL documents. -return with ID (Drivers License and ORIGINAL Social Security Card or your passport)* to the Financial Aid Office in DeRicci 210 before you begin working ***include a voided check for Direct Deposit*** *See page 2 of the I-9 verification form for other acceptable documentation*

General Information • Regular Students can earn up to $2000 per academic year • International Students can earn up to $4000 per academic year • Paid monthly at $7 an hour • This money may be used at your discretion and is not automatically applied to your student account

KO Software – online Timesheets • Log on to timesheets: www.kosoftware.com/Edgewood • Online timesheet procedures available at: www.edgewood.edu/financial/studentemployment Make sure your timesheet is submitted to your supervisor by the due date.
