To-Go Case M3 Station Standards Updated Summer 2009 • Offer at least 3 (2) core Simply to Go salads, 1 is Your Health Your Way • Offer at least 3 (2) sandwiches • Offer at least 1 LTO to go salad and sandwich daily • Offer single serve crudites with dip is offered • Offer fresh fruit cup • Offer at least 3 varieties of cup yogurt (at least 1 is low-fat) • Offer at least 4 (3) varieties of whole fruit, 1 is bananas • Offer at least 1 yogurt parfait daily • Offer at least one variety of Simply to Go dessert such as Sweet Shots • Offer at least 4 varieties of PC dressing (at least 1 is low-fat) • Use specified packaging only (Edward Don and Sysco approved) • Label sandwiches and salad with ingredients, price, location and date. Follow local legislation for exact requirements. • Use Simply to Go labels and SMG label templates • Follow unit plan-o-grams • Use POS provided in your promotion kit to advertise STG items • Simply to Go case is full and abundant at all times • Position all salads and sandwiches at eye level • Deviate from national recipes and product specifications • Write on containers with markers • Use labels other than Simply to Go • Use unlined wire baskets to display whole fruit • Sell sandwiches and salads after sell/use by date • Refer to the program as “STG” on consumer-facing materials • Offer additional salad and sandwich selections • Offer additional product lines such as Salad Basics and Sandwich Basics • Offer bundles, combos and complete meals priced correctly • Offer regionally or nationally specified packaged sushi • Offer additional snack cup options (e.g. fruit & cheese, hummus & pita) • Merchandise whole fruit either refrigerated or room temp (bananas at room temp only) • Offer ambient impulse items near the station (e.g. packaged snacks, trail mix, chips, candy) • Offer yogurt parfaits in more than one size (9 oz. and 14 oz.) • Merchandise most popular single serve beverages in the STG case (e.g. energy drinks, breakfast drinks, specialty juices) • Offer STG catering program
