  2. Monday and Tuesday • Open Book Test Chapter 13 • Monday Multiple Choice • Tuesday Essay Response

  3. Thursday • Go over tests multiple choice questions and clarify and questions. • Go to lab and research for your idea for a Russian stamp, a source of pride. • Ideas class cam up with… • ( artist, Singer Sports figure, government leader, land mark, event, dancer,… other??? )

  4. WEEK 13 6th Grade SS • Mrs. Seyferth’s students will be working on chapter 14 Russia, our Unit test will be after spring break . • Students will be creating flash cards for all key vocabulary and big ideas. We continue to respond to questioning with RAW, Restate Answer Why (why is explaining with support).

  5. Friday, March 28 • Video national Geographic : Russia’s Ural Mountains: write 3 facts  • Read Chapter 14 aloud in class.  Whole group whole chapter. Done??? • I need to print Thank Yous!! • Time to draw and create stamps. • ( write a small paragraph why this person or place deserves recognition and celebration on the Russian Stamp. Why is you choice a sense of pride for the Russian people?

Peek Week of 31-3rd • Mrs. Seyferth’s students  will be working on chapter 14 Russia, our Unit test will be after spring break . • Students will be creating flash cards for all key vocabulary and big ideas.  We continue to respond to questioning with RAW, Restate Answer Why (why is explaining with support). • Mrs. Schofield’s Social Studies- • Chapter 15 • Quiz mid-week • Continue to work on testing and study strategies • March Madness- Thursday • Photos or postcards- bring a printed photo, drawing or post card or what you do during Spring break.  We will post to share our experiences.
