Process Report • • A summary Process Report for the project to date: • — A list of successes that you have had. • — A list of problems that have arisen. • — An approach to process refinement, i.e., what you have done and are doing to improve • your process. • • A positive critique of your partner group’s specification: • — A detailed list of questions. These should be questions of detail and of understanding of • the specification that you have received. • — A list of good points. Look for creative concepts in the functionality, correct use of the • technology we have been discussing, and quality of document preparation and • presentation. • • A CoCoMo effort estimate for the software development activity. Use the basic model for an • organic system. For reference, the original paper describing CoCoMo is on Collab.
