LOGROS *Aprobación del sistema . *Se realizaron varias entrevistas para profundizar en el conocimiento sobre el proceso actual, las cuales fueron dirigidas a : *Director (Abdiel Martínez) *Supervisor (Roberto Báez) *Secretaria (Gloria Rivera) *Se comenzó el análisis de requerimiento para el diseño conceptual del sistema *Se diseño la Estructura Organizacional actual. * Se actualizo el Gant Chart
