Today at Mammoth and S hrimp show !!!!. We will cook a Healty fruit bar. STEP 1. Prepare the crust Combine ¾ of nuts , whole-wheat flour , all purpose flour , sugar and salt in a food processor, add butter and mixe it .

STEP 1 • Prepare the crust • Combine ¾ of nuts, whole-wheatflour, all purposeflour, sugar and salt in a food processor, add butter and mixe it. • Whiskegg, oil, vanilla and almondextracts in a smallbowl. • Mesure out ½ cup of the mixture and combine in a bowlwhit the remaning ¼ cup Shoppednuts.
Step 2 • Combine cooking fruit, juice, sugarand cornstarch in a large saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heatduring 10 minutes.
Step 3 • Transfer the dough to the preparedbakingdish. Spreadevenly and pressfirmlyinto the bottom to a form a crust.
Step 4 • Spread the fruit filling over the crust. Sprinkle the reservedtopping over the filling.
Last step • Reduceoventemperature to 350° and bakeuntil the toppingis light brow, 25 to 30 minutes more. Let cool completelybeforecuttingintothe bars, at least 1 1/2 hours.
