  3. Arkansas State Flag The state flag of Arkansas is RED, WHITE, and BLUE. The BLUE is to signify that Arkansas is one of the United States. The three blue stars below the word Arkansas are symbols of the three nations that ruled Arkansas before it became a state they’re Spain, France, and the U.S. The large diamonds represents the only diamonds producing states in the US Arkansas. Twenty- five white stars show that Arkansas as the 25th state to Join the Union. The Confidence star was added later on in time.
