  1. Welcome to KazimierzBrodzińskiPrimary School No.2 in Bochnia. Our school is a stimulating, safe and respectful learning environment, where all members of our community work in partnership to achieve the best for every child.

  2. Aboutourschool KazimierzBrodzińskiPrimary School is a large, successful school with approximately 40 teachers and 500 pupils. The school itself is situated in a beautiful park, in the heart of the great town of Bochnia. The school was built in 1876 and has played a vital role in the education of children in Bochnia since this time.

  3. School Patron (8 March 1791 in Królówka -10 October 1835 in Dresden) Poet, historian, translator and the professor of the Warsaw University. Brodziński was, above all, a writer of elegies and pastorals. The pastoral “Wiesław” gained him universal approval.

  7. OurClassrooms The clasroomsareusuallylargerooms. Theyarebeautifullyarranged, full of brightlycolouredpictures, designed for the child’scomfort, security and enjoyment. All the classroomsareconnected to the Internet.

  8. Classrooms for five and sixyearolds Eachclassroomisspecificallydesigned for the child. The classroomsaresafe, comfortable and inviting. Theystimulate learning and help buildclassroom community.

  9. Audio-Visual Classroom • The classroom is equipped with a TV set, an overhead projector, a screen, a V.C.R and • a CD player.

  10. Computer Lab The lab is equipped with specialized technology equipment and consists of24 computers with seating for 24 students.

  11. SchoolLibrary The School Library is situated on the first floor of the school building. It comprises the library and the reading room. Our library is a place, where one can find an interesting book to read.

  12. CommonRoom The SchoolCommonRoomisopenfromMondaytillFriday (7 a.m. – 4.30 p.m.). Itis a place wherestudentscanspendtheirfree time beforeorafterclasses. Studentscanwatch TV, usecomputers, play the piano and play differentkinds of games. Thisis the place wherekidshave so much fun, theybeg to staylonger.

  13. Playroom The cosy room is great in providing a fantastic place for pupils to relax and have fun.

  14. SchoolCanteen The canteen is open from Monday till Friday at dinnertime. Don’t miss the chance to taste traditional Polish food there.

  15. SchoolCloakroom Thisis a room for people to hang their cloaks. A room where coats and other articles may be left temporarily.

  16. SchoolPlayground Thisis a place with a specific design for children to be able to play and relaxthere.

  17. OutdoorSportsfields Ourschoolhasalso 3 biggersportsfields to play football, handball, basketball orvolleyball. The fieldsaresituatednext to ourschool.

  18. InterestClubs • We are extremely proud of the impressive range of extra curricular activities such as: Art, Choir, Chess, Guitar, Handball, Judo, Music, Sports, Book, Computer, English, Maths, Theatre, Historical and Polish Club.
