  8. Scalability • The system needs to be able to take 500 members on at startup, but be able to grow. • Handle Additional Corporate Integration • Cross locations accounts for members • Possible future integration with accounting software.

  9. Conduct a Survey • Questionnaire : • Best way to get feedback from the large group of members. • Interviews : • Might be considered for a select group of people. • Used to get more detailed feedback if the questionnaire left strings untied.
