2. Sergiu Florin Nicolaescu was a Romanian film director, actor and politician.He died following surgical complications of peritonitis which led to cardiac He graduated from the Polytechinc University of   Bucharest  as a mechanical engineer. After graduation he started to work as a camera operator . He was hard-working, well-organized, curious, intelligent and keen of learning. During these years he acquired many of the skills that have proved so useful when making his later movies.

3. Gheorghe Zamfiris a Romanian pan flute musician. Zamfir is known for playing an expanded version of the traditional Romanian-style pan flute  of 20 pipes to 22, 25, 28 and 30 pipes to increase its range, and obtaining as many as eight overtones  from each pipe by changing the embouchure.He is known as "The Master of the Pan Flute", though his standing as a leading figure within the history of Romanian folk music has not been without criticism.

4. Henri Marie Coandă  was a Romanian inventor, aerodynamics  pioneer and builder of an experimental aircraft, the Coanda-1910 described by Coandă in the mid-1950s as the world's first jet, a controversial claim disputed by some and supported by others.He invented a great number of devices, designed a "flying saucer" and discovered the Coanda effect of fluid dynamics.
