  2. Background Information I was born in Wuhan, China on August 6, 1991. I am fluent in both Chinese and English. I moved to the United States when I was 6 years old. I have two brothers, Richard and Carl, and a dog named Archer. I lived in Devon, PA for most of my childhood and moved to Williamsport, PA during the middle of eighth grade.
  3. Music I have been playing piano for about four years. I enjoy listening to a wide variety of genres of music. Hopefully I will be able to take some piano classes here at Penn State to further my musical ability.
  4. Tennis I picked up tennis in my sophomore year of high school and was instantly hooked. After playing tennis almost every day during the summer before my junior year, I was able to make the Varsity team. Tennis is still my favorite sport and I am in the tennis club at PSU as well as the Intramural Tennis Tournament. Not only is tennis fun for me but it is also a way for me to relieve stress.
  5. Basketball A close second to tennis, basketball is another one of my favorite sports. I have been playing basketball since middle school and it is absolutely a joy for me to be on the court. I was on my middle school basketball team where we were undefeated 22-0 in eighth grade. I also played church basketball during my high school years where we went undefeated and won the championship my senior year. I play for an Intramural Basketball team at PSU. I am a San Antonio Spurs fan.
  6. Penn State Life I absolutely enjoy being at Penn State. I live in South Halls My dining hall of choice would be Redifer, not particularly because of the food but just because it is closest to my dorm. My normal day consists of a lot of naps, homework and going to the gym. I never worked out much prior to Penn State but now I enjoy it and I force myself to go a few times every week.
