  1. Select the chart so that it con be deleted.

  2. Change The default directory for saving or opening documents in this application to the Docs folder on the Desktop.

  3. Rename the file with the name : my file

  4. Print preview: preview four pages -all the documents pages • Print preview: Return to the normal view • Picture : where to click and drag…….( width – height – aspect ratio – picture toolbar [ format: tab size] - move) • Change the Chart type to pie chart

  5. Change the style of the text to normal , heading 1 ……. • Add a border around the text • Page border
