  2. XPOSURE – the competition • Xposure is solely aimed at students attending college and private training providers • Take your first steps on the competition ladder • Your chance to be Britain’s top student hairdresser • Go head to head with fellow hairdressing students nationwide

XPOSURE – Rules To enter you must be… • A hairdressing student studying at your college for the entire duration of the competition OR • Studying at a private training college/academy for at least one day a week and for the duration of the competition. • Be studying for your NVQ Level 2 or 3 OR VRQ Level 2 or 3 • You must have no more than 5 years hairdressing experience

  4. 3 Stages • Photographic Heat • Regional Heat • The Final

PhotographicHeat • Staged at the college/private training academy • Create a commercial cut & colour • From your internal competition, the 5 best looks will be submitted to Wella Professionals in photographic form to represent your college/private training academy • Entries to arrive at Wella Professionals by Friday 27 January 2012

  6. Regional Heats • Thursday 1 March 2012 Walsall College, West Midlands • Friday 2 March 2012 Wella Professionals Manchester Studio • Wednesday 7 March 2012 Clydebank College, Glasgow • Thursday 8 March 2012 Wella Professionals World Studio London

  7. Regional Heats At Regional Heat: • 1 hour to create your total look – commercial cut & colour • ALL technical & cutting to be carried out prior to competition • Also make-up & clothes styling completed before the start • Styling and finishing of the hair to be completed within 1 hour

  8. The Final • 5 successful competitors from each regional heat will be selected to represent their college at a National Final on Thursday 7 June 2012 at the Wella Professionals World Studio London • At the Final: • 1 hour to create your total look – commercial cut & colour • ALL technical & cutting to be carried out prior to competition • Also make-up & clothes styling completed before the start • Styling and finishing of the hair to be completed within 1 hour • Insert Text Here
