Where its located at Figure 1 This map shows the wide area the lilac is present in. It was originally from European and Asian origin.
The uses of the lilac and the shape • The wood is extremely hard and is used in knife handles sometimes because it doesn’t get thick enough for other tools. • Is a very ornamental flower with a attractive fragrance so is widely planted as a decorative plant • It is classified as a shrub so it is short and is rounded as shown in figure 2 Figure 2 This picture shows the flowers blooming
Fruit and the flower Figure 3 shows the flower of the lilac which is both male and female. Figure 4 The fruit is a long brown capsule looking seed.
Bud, bark and the leaf Figure 5 Shows the bark of the lilac Figure 6 The leaves shown are simple leafs and you can see the bud in the picture small green where it connects to the twig
