Last report • We are waiting for delivering Assembly-bench. →it was delivered. • To assemble & check Assembly-bench , Microscope-jig. →Detail are next slides. • To output pictures to PC which we take by a camera for microscope. →Detail are next slides. • To prepare for dummy components →Dummy DSSD , dummy PAs are delivered.
Assembly of Assembly-bench. There was no problem.
Looking at alignment mark of DSSD by microscopes. We could adjust focus of both microscopes. ↑pictures taken by cameras But can not look at alignment mark. This is next challenge.
Vacuum chucking test with XYZθ-stage-jig. We did chucking test. There was no problem. And we could adjust chuked DSSD XYZθ directions.
Assembly of PA-jig & Origami-jig. PA-jig →We assembled & chucking test was succeeded. Origami-jig →We assembled & chucking test had a problem. This is next challenge.
Summary • We had finished assembling a Assembly-bench. • We couldn’t look at alignment mark. • We succeeded chucking test of XYZθ-stage-jig. • Assembling test of PA-jig was succeeded , but Origami-jig was not succeeded.
