  1. Online Graduate Application Tutorial

  2. REMINDERS: • Please review this tutorial prior to completing the online Graduate Application. • http://www.grad.auburn.edu/ • You should complete both sections of the application and pay application fee in the same day. The system will NOT save your application, and you will have to start over if you exit without finishing. • Request official transcripts from your school. AU students – this is not automatic. You must contact the registrar and have transcripts sent to the graduate school.

  3. REMINDERS (Continued): • Send the following to the Graduate School, 106 Hargis Hall, Auburn, AL 36849 • ALL previous transcripts • Official GRE scores • TOEFL/IELTS scores (international students) • Contact your department to determine the application deadline and which supplemental documents they require.

  4. REMINDERS (Continued): • Provisional Admission (domestic students) • Domestic students may be admitted in some programs as a “provisional” student for one semester without complete application materials (such as GRE scores). All application materials must be submitted prior to registering for the next semester. • Provisional students are not eligible for any type of financial assistance. • If you are requesting provisional admission prior to submitting a complete application, you MUST send the written request to the department’s Graduate Program Officer. • GRE must have been taken within the last 5 years UNLESS official scores can be obtained from previous Auburn records or a previous university. ETS will only send official scores for 5 years. TOEFL will only send official scores for 2 years.
