Company history Triom has been created in 1969 as sub-contractor in lightening market; in 1977 became Spa e and started selling directly in the market. Its capacity of engineering new products in very short time makes Triom one of the best partners for a lot of motorcycle producers. Since 1996 the company got ISO 9001 certification and in the same year started production of a new kind of complex surface for head-lights (patented). In the 2002 has been opened a new plant, based in Cambiano (TO), to increase our quality level according to market’s requirements. At the beginning of 2004 we have got Vision 2000 quality certification.

Materials Due to our environmental policy we use only recyclable materials, that’s why our R&D is continuously looking for materials alternative to BMC. We have found: • >PPS<: Very high temperature resistance material, needs a base coating treatment • >PES< (Radel): very flexible and heat resistant material (doesn’t need any base coating) • >PES< (Ultrason): cheaper than Radel with similar mechanical characteristics, but with a inferior heat resistance (doesn’t need any base coating) Market application for these materials (headlights): >PPS<: Honda SH 125/150 MY09, Honda SH 300i, Honda Hornet 600,Honda @ 125/150,Honda PS 125/150, Honda Dylan 125/150, Honda SH 125/150 (MY 03) >PES< (Radel): Ducati ST (high beam with H9 bulb – 65W 12V), KTM Adventurer 990, Buell XB9/12S, KTM SuperDuke 900R >PES< (Ultrason) : Yamaha XT 660, Yamaha Tenerè,Yamaha BT03, Yamaha X-City, Yamaha Majesty 125, Ducati SS 620/800/1000, Gilera Nexus 500, Piaggio Beverly 500, PiaggioCarnaby 300, Aprilia RSV4, Moto GuzziStelvio 1200
