  5. Patient Safety • Issues of safety • Report using the Incident Reporting System • Feedback will not routinely be given, if you want feedback then ask for it • Highlight to HoD • Highlight to the Ward Maneger

  6. Training Feedback • Ask anyone you work with • Do not leave it until the last minute if you are not getting the education from the Division that you would expect to have had. • Ensure you arrive On Time for handover session • If you miss something then ask
