Where does the Data Come From? Data Sources: • Established ODOT Sources (PONTIS, ITIS, and more) • New Inventory • Other Agencies (ODFW - fish barrier information, congressional districts from DAS, county and state boundaries from BLM) Data accessed by the FACS-STIP Tool comes from the asset owners. The update cycle is under development, but will, at a minimum, follow the current annual cycle.
FACS-STIP Tool Uses • Project Scoping: Scheduling delayed due to ARRA2. Most scoping scheduled for April – June. • Practical Design: Right-sizing projects and cooridor studies • 1R Roadside Inventories: 12 ARRA 1R projects needing inventories, due date of June. More to come. • Maintaining Inventories: Updating data due to construction or maintenance activities. • Other Uses: Sign crews using for Connector ID.
Deployment to ODOT Servers • Deployment to begin April 1st • Deployment complete by July 1st
