PA Green Energy Loan Fund $48 million for EE measures in PA buildings • Seeded with $12 million from PA DEP using ARRA dollars • Projects must reduce energy by 25% over baseline • Borrowers: commercial, nonprofit, multifamily residential, industrial, government projects for owners, developers, anchor tenants • Construction loans, term loans, lease financing • Financing ranges from $100,000 - $2,500,000 • Pricing: generally 4.0 – 6.5% range • See www.PaGreenEnergyLoanFund.com

TRF Energy Technical Services TRF provides energy “owner’s rep” services for prospective borrowers: • Review and analysis of energy bills • Site-specific energy surveys • Design assistance for new construction, additions and major renovations • Technical information • Project management assistance (review of contractor bids, referral lists of contractors, help with RFBs and contracts) • Follow-up services (staff training and monitoring of project savings)
