What are Critical Thinking ? • Critical Thinking a complicated mix of inquiry, knowledge, intuition, logic, experience and common sense to find quick answers when facing difficult problems • Think Critically  Examine facts and compare it with information you already know • Critical Thinking Form own beliefs rather than automatically accepting Use imagination and creativity to find solutions • Process  Remembering facts, using logic, asking key questions, forming a mental image, and analyzing all information

  7. NURSING PROCESS • a special way of thinking that nurses use • The funtions : • Determine the need for nursing care • Plan and implement the care • Evaluate the results • This framework used throughout the United States and Canada as guide for identifying needs and treating clients
