NAVEDTRA 135C • OVERVIEW: • NETC N7 tasked SLC to lead the effort to revise NAVEDTRA 135C • Goals • Recreate a working NAVEDTRA 135 document • Review/update NAVEDTRA 135 • Re-establish baseline policy and guidance • All stakeholders were made aware and encouraged to submit change recommendations • Over 2000 changes requests were submitted, reviewed and vetted for inclusion • All LCs were represented

NAVEDTRA 135CMODIFICATIONS • Ch 1 Organization • Updated to reflect current OPNAV/NETC policies and organization • Ch 2 Staff Management • Reestablished Sections 2 & 3 • Section 2 Defines training roles and responsibilities • Section 2.1.5 Establishes LSO primary functions • Curriculum Management • Instructor Management • Evaluation Management • Section 3 Change Course Manager to Course Supervisor • Section 3.6 Changed to Student Control Functions • Updated to reflect current LC/LS/TSC/TSD relationship 3
