  3. STEP 2: Revise your paper: choose 1 thing to improve in your paper Ideas for improvement: Your introduction Your conclusion- strong tie to a trigger or add another trigger Body- add more description Add similes (stacked) Fix your grammar and spelling

  4. STEP 3: Check for Sentence Fluency Do you have a compound sentence? Do you have a complex sentence? YOU MUST HAVE BOTH IN YOUR NEW FINAL COPY!

  5. Your Task for Today • Rewrite one paragraph of your paper with all of your changes- on notebook paper (final copy= ink) Make mindful changes- know what you are changing and WHY
