True Team AlignmentProcess As the name implies, the True Alignment Process is not a one-time event (like a team-building workshop), but rather a consulting intervention that uses solid assessment, team facilitation and expert coaching throughout the process. With this approach, we are able to deliver two results at once: an aligned team and coaching and training for leaders on how to achieve true alignment with their own teams in the future.

  2. Symptoms of a Poorly Aligned Team • poor or failed execution • lack of clarity about priorities • low morale • absence of healthy debate • lack of ownership or follow through • underground communication (“us/them” thinking)
