Enable individuals and community groups to serve local needs, fulfill parts of this plan, coordinate with other groups. Centralized services enable chance person-person interactions. Keep money moving within the community- local businesses, energy production Variety of housing types for variety of lifestyles and needs Use everything as a resource Keep development out of floodplain Enable Triway School to fully develop and be flexible to meet changing needs Add value to residential properties by overlooking green space, golf course School and Town share facilities and serve each other. Combined backyard play and neighbor gathering spaces. Local activities – golf, alternative golf, sports, theater, hiking, equestrian trails and events. Plan efficient and compact infrastructures. Concentrated town center enables chance person-person interactions for sharing ideas and opportunities. Prevent future costs by building strong social structure and protecting environment.
