FNAL testbeam – Plan • Detailed plan and scope of the test (set up shifts) • Defined the logistics • People doing what and when and why (to allow people to book airfare and hostel ahead of time) • Equipment to be prepared and benchmarked • Mechanical support to be build • Pre-test with cosmic of the full set-up (at least with the 40x60 chamber) • Online monitoring, software and code to fit tracks (to be clarified) • This meeting is the kick-off…
Start of the testbeam May 7, 2014 • Weizmann plans to send Module -1 to FNAL end of April • The 40x60 quadruplet to be completed next week will also be send to FNAL • Need a stand to support and rotates both 1) 40x60 quadruplet and 2) Module -1. Can the same support be used for both chambers? To be investigated now that we have the dimension of the chambers. If two stands are required, the 40x60 stand can be build at Carleton; while the Module-1 stand to be build at Carleton or Weizmann? FNAL testbeam – Support for Chambers
