  6. SELLING PROGRAM ADS AND SPONSORSHIPS • We are asking every wrestler to sell AT LEAST 400$ of program ads or sponsorships even if they pay the spirit pack in full. This is a fundraiser. • There is a printable ad template and one for sponsorships on the website on the documents page. www.thompsonwrestling.com • Wrestlers who sell and turn in ad money before August 1st 2011 will have 50% of that money credited to their spirit pack! • Money turned in between August 1st and September 30th will be credited at 25%. • Your money must be turned in before these date to get credit on your fees. You can still sell program ads to raise money for the team up until November 1st

DONATION REQUEST LETTERS • We ask that each wrestler make a list of at least 10 contacts that we may send a letter to requesting a donation. • Every wrestler should list as many contacts as possible because this is a fundraiser. • These contacts will make donations because they believe our program is a worthwhile cause and they are fans of our wrestlers.

  8. VERIZON CONCERTS • This is an optional fundraiser but has potential to be a great source of income for the team. • We will give credit for working to go toward the wrestlers spirit pack fees. Each shift worked will get at least 50$ credit. • Parents, relatives, or friends can work on behalf of any wrestler • For information send an email to lcgil@aol.com

  9. HOME EVENTS AND AL DUALS • These events are very important to our program. They are a source of income but more importantly, they give our wrestlers a chance to be seen in “their house” in front of their family, friends, neighbors and community. It gives everyone a reason to be proud of our program. We need many volunteers working at these events to make them run smoothly. Please do your part when asked to help.
