  2. Goals • Primary goal is to discuss and develop high level strategies on how to best address customer issues facing our industry • Provide counsel and direction on the overall theme of EEI/AGA Customer Service Committee

  3. Functions of CE Executive Advisory Committee • Assist EEI/AGA identify and develop strategies around important customer issues • Assist EEI/AGA with planning for the CS Conference and Summit • Identify opportunities for the group to meet and more importantly, topics of interest and value to the group • Develop networking and discussion opportunities to engage peers in specific discussions(ie, workshop on improving customer engagement through emerging technologies)

  4. Discussion • Do you see a need for this type group? • If so, what areas would you want to focus on for us to partner with EEI/AGA? • Would you be willing to meet face to face twice a year?
