Gaining Experience Programme • In the continuity with the well established EFPT Exchange Programme • Promote professional exchange of knowledge and intercultural experience • Short observership placements in various psychiatric institutions across Europe, 2 to 4 weeks • YP < 40 and/or 5 years after passing the specialist exam from any European country (WHO definition of Europe) • Pilot phase 2014-2015 • Placements in Switzerland (Zurich), Israel (Petah Tikva) UK (Norwich) and Germany (Munich) • 4 EPA Grants of 625 €
