Respondent Profile • 163 Respondents • Majority from Ontario (About 50%) • 22% of Respondents from U.S. • 3% from other countries
Website/Strategic Planning • NPO’s are strategically planning their websites • Plans are often prepared in-house • Follow-up evaluation of websites is limited but improving • Web traffic could be higher
