What is the ND Hospital Support Program? • Provides an ND friend in a time of need
So, what is it really? • Provides assistance to members of the ND family when hospitalized away from home - Planned in advance - U.S. travel emergency (accident or illness)
What kind of support are we talking about? • • Non-medical and non-financial • - Spending time with the patient and family • Arranging a visit from a priest • Advising the family on where to stay or shop • - Freeing the caregiver so that he or she can take a break

What support will my club receive from the ND Alumni Association? • • Marketing and communication tools • Business card • Brochure • Monthly e-mail message which can be forwarded to volunteers • Irish Online to record the names and contact info for your NDHSP volunteers
