What dolphin eats Dolphins eat mainly small fish and occasionally squid, crabs, shrimp, among other small animals. They have teeth but they do not chew their food. Usually a group of dolphins surround the school to keep the fish together and then they take turns to eat. Dolphin Feeding

Dolphin’s predators Dolphins don’t worry a lot about being eaten. In general, their only real predator is the shark, and even then only the larger species of sharks dare to attack dolphins. Dolphins have evolved over the millennia to be pretty tough, so in general even most sharks stay away from them.
