  2. CONTUSION LATERALE DE L’ EPAULE • Expression clinique fonctionnelle • Choc latéral sur l’épaule • Douleur non résolue, majoration nocturne, résistante au traitement symptomatique, examens para cliniques négatifs L’examen programmé de l’épaule en MMO est nécessaire

Eliminer immediatement 1- Contusion du Nerf circonflexe 2- Hématome du deltoïde 3- Lésion des muscles rotateurs 4-Lésion osseuse (trochiter, sub lux° de la tête humérale) 5- Luxation tendineuse Examen programmé Inspection Palpation Tests musculaires Le syndrôme cellulo-téno-myalgique CONTUSION LATERALE DEL’ EPAULE examen programmé

  13. CONCLUSION Un diagnostic rigoureux est la clé d’ un traitement adapté précoce dans cette contusion très fréquente. Quant à la manipulation, seul un médecin très expérimenté est habilité à la pratiquer, après les tests de posture , et jamais lors de la consultation initiale. MERCI
