  4. Mr. Greg Jones is a 63 year old retired fire fighter with known HTN, HLP, and Obesity. He presents to the clinic today for routine follow up. As he begins his visit, he says that he is going on a mission trip with his church to Bolivia. He wants to know if there is anything he needs to do from a medical standpoint. He has his US Passport and has been “in training” for the trip. • He is otherwise doing well. Routine clinic visit
