  4. WBC diluting fluids: Marcano: Acetic acid lyses RBC Metilen blue coloring WBC

  5. Method • Diluting fluid: 1ml • Anticoagulatedblood: 50μl • Filling of the counting chamber(Charging) Count with NeubaUEr hEmocytometer lam under microscope

  9. WBC CountCalculation • N= (n1+n2+n3+n4)/4 × volume factor × dilution factor • volume factor = 10 • dilution factor = 20
