Procedure Goal: • Average calibration of detectors. • Study of the sensor uniformity and single pixel calibration. • Use energy values instead of TOT for test-beam analysis. Procedure: Sources and XRF spectra acquisitions to obtain a fit to the surrogate function. Detectors: Sources: • A06-W0110: 50μm, V=15V - 55Fe: 5.8 keV • L04-W0125: 100μm, V=35V - 109Cd: 22.9 keV • C04-W0110: 50μm, V=15V - 241Am 26.2 keV; 60 keV • D09-W0126: 300μm, V=35V X-rayfluorescence: • B06-W0125: 100μm, V=-50V - Indium: 24 kev • B07-W0125: 100μm, V=40V - Copper: 8 kev
